This software is not offered under an open-source license. OneMPS, LLC reserves its rights in the protectable software, original documentation, and original visual expression that it owns. Availability of the site or delivery of browser assets does not transfer ownership or grant a license to copy, redistribute, rebrand, sublicense, sell, or operate that protected material as another product or service.

Limited permission is granted to access and interact with the hosted demonstration, execute the browser code as necessary for that use, and download the aggregate outputs made available through its interface. This permission does not grant a right to redistribute the software or use protected OneMPS material in a competing commercial implementation. Other uses of protected material require prior written permission from OneMPS, LLC, unless permitted by applicable law or a separate agreement.

The notice does not claim exclusive rights over public election facts, public-domain material, ideas, mathematical methods, algorithms as such, independently created software, or material that is not eligible for copyright protection. Data made available by government or other sources remains subject to any applicable source rights and terms. Third-party software and assets, if included, remain governed by their own licenses; preserve their notices. TENOK and other third-party names and marks remain with their respective owners. No transfer of ownership is granted by access to this demonstration.

Nothing here limits fair use or other rights provided by law, or overrides an existing separately executed agreement. This notice is not a claim that a government copyright registration has been issued.
